About

Over the years I've been fortunate to have found myself at the intersection of emerging industries and regulatory frontiers. As a result, I've had the opportunity to co-lead ventures in life sciences, pharmacy, diagnostics, and chronic care management. With a small team, we built what was effectively Hims—before Hims—more than a decade ago.

Since 2022, I’ve focused on the convergence of AI and automation: self-healing automations, tokenized carbon exchanges, and eco-friendly immersion-cooled Bitcoin mining.

At Apollo, we’re building a new energy economy with embedded underwriting, solar and battery storage financing, and next-gen smart inverter technology. Apollo is a dynamic financial engine built to recycle capital and energy — offering homeowners affordable solar electricity and contractors streamlined system deployment.

Our philosophy is simple: do good faster than others do harm.

I’m a lifelong student of subconscious brand psychology, in particular the work of Martin Lindstrom, whose neuromarketing principles shape how I speak about systems, stories, and experiences in a way that resonates with people, inviting them to join the mission.

Across my 20+ year career, I’ve:

Built ERP and underwriting engines from scratch.

Developed multi-purpose, granular investor portals.

Managed Oracle databases and SaaS infrastructure.

Marketed DTC health brands.

Coined terms like “residual frame error,” “latent anchor anchoring,” and “blue skies” to describe metacognitive clarity and strategic positioning.

Co-written plans for decentralized governance and cross-border finance.

If you’re into pushing the boundaries of what's possible — technical, financial, or cognitive — you'll find a team of likeminded individuals at Apollo.

About

My focus has always been managing the complex relationships that enable businesses to scale — whether professional sports, construction, human resources, or payment processing. My background has given me the ability to identify the key partnerships that accelerate growth and to build the systems that optimize them.

My early years in security with a professional football organization taught me that success depends on coordinating activity between a multitude of individual stakeholders. In the case of professional sports, these stakeholders include league officials, venue operators, broadcast partners, and municipalities. I learned that the most important business decisions often happen at the interface between organizations, not within them.

In the mid-1990s, I worked in construction during one of the largest housing booms in U.S. history, overseeing regional markets for a major construction firm. Managing logistics during this time required establishing strong distributor networks and contractor relationships that could scale without compromising quality or deliverables.

In 2000, I founded my own human resources firm. I quickly learned that organizational problems are inextricably linked to the architecture of relationships; specifically, how information flows between departments, how incentives align across hierarchies, and how internal operations integrate with external partnerships.

My career has taken me from payment processing and into diagnostics and pharmacy, each niche providing valuable insight as to how different organizations structure their key partnerships and revenue-sharing models.

At Apollo, I serve as Director of Strategic Relationships, where I oversee the company's external integration layer. This layer is a complex web of utilities, distributors, manufacturers, and capital partners through which Apollo's distributed energy model scales. My role involves negotiating profit-sharing agreements with utility providers and grid operators, overseeing manufacturer relationships, and ensuring that third-party integrations align with our financial objectives.

My approach combines recursive process analysis with relationship management — the core principle being that sustainable growth requires alliances that benefit all stakeholders involved.

About

I specialize in computational systems, energy infrastructure, and as of late, agentic automation. My background in computer science began with database optimization, but I quickly gravitated toward the spaces where software meets hardware.

Early in my career, I worked primarily on software for device EMs, then moved into energy modeling and forecasting systems. The majority of my time was spent researching load-balancing protocols for distributed energy resources and exploring how machine learning could optimize real-time grid operations.

Since 2020, I've been working on AI-powered energy management and distributed ledger architecture. My work includes protocol development for RELF, a formal, human readable syntax for maintaining integrity across complex LLM interactions. I've co-authored papers on cross-model cognitive alignment (grounding) and developed methodologies for preventing semantic drift in AI reasoning chains.

At Apollo, our team is deploying grid-native solar and storage systems that function as energy assets and compute clusters, with real-time dispatch. Apollo represents a new category: energy infrastructure that thinks, learns, and optimizes itself while generating income for customers and returns for investors.

Our ethos: build systems that scale complexity intelligently.

Across my career, I've:

Architected load-balancing systems for distributed energy storage networks.

Developed prompt engineering frameworks for multi-model AI extended interactions.

Built real-time financial modeling engines for complex asset portfolios.

Designed vector-based semantic anchoring systems for stable AI reasoning.

Created novel approaches to frame termination and memory persistence in LLMs.

Pioneered concepts like "protocol invariants" and "semantic circuit breakers" for AI system reliability.

I approach system design through the lens of stability and cognitive load theory — influenced by my research in attention mechanisms. Our goal is simple: each system must be able to explain its own decision-making process and maintain coherence under load.
